Payment Methods

ai& uses Stripe for all card processing. Payment methods are attached to your organization’s billing account and reused across top-ups.

Adding a card

A payment method is saved automatically the first time you complete a Checkout. To add additional cards or change the default:

  1. Go to console.aiand.com/settings/billing.
  2. Click Payment Methods.
  3. Add a new card via Stripe’s hosted form, or set an existing card as the default.

The default is used for any future automated charges (e.g. when auto top-up is enabled — coming soon). One-off top-ups always show a method picker.

Supported payment types

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, JCB, Discover).
  • Other Stripe-supported methods may appear at checkout based on your country.

Removing a card

You can remove any non-default card directly from the billing page. To remove the default card, set a different one as default first.
